Our client is one of the largest banking organisations throughout the UK and Europe.
The company has a number of vacancies across the UK for Employee Benefits Managers.
As an Employee Benefits Manager, youll offer three employee benefits products prime medical insurance, stakeholder pensions and business cash plans to commercial customers. Most of your time will be spent out of the office visiting clients and seeking opportunities to attend joint customer meetings to sell the products.
Youll also be responsible for introducing the new employee benefits package to your customers employees.
Highly focused on achieving your goals, you will need to combine a good general knowledge of the business world and the economy with impressive communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
Suitable candidates will ideally come from the financial services sector however candidates with an excellent and proven sales track record will also be of interest.
The company is offering an excellent basic salary to £30K plus benefits that include Pension, DIS, Private healthcare and bonuses.
